Areas of intervention

We provide solutions and technologies for the remediation of soil, groundwater and process water. We team up with operators of industrial sector, international consulting firms, real estate developers involved in brownfield projects and also we provide technical support to the public administration bodies.

Soil and groundwater decontamination

Underground contamination is due to the increased presence of harmful chemical compounds in the soil, causing a degradation of its quality. These chemical agents are a dangerous source of contamination for soils and groundwater since they are relatively immobile elements and their elimination is slow and difficult. We have specific technologies for each type of pollutant and type of location, optimizing the soil decontamination process to the maximum.

Air treatments

groundwater. In many applications, the mobilization of pollutants from their underground location results in the emission of polluted air that is being treated in the same treatment units. Other sources of air pollution may be the own decontamination treatments such as stripping. As air technologies we offer activated carbon filtration, air, and catalytic oxidation. The same technologies we offer for industrial air / emissions treatment.

Industrial wastewater

Although normally industrial processes are optimized at the level of consumption of raw materials, auxiliary products and chemical substances, the pollutant load in the wastewater generated by these activities can contain quantities of substances that are harmful to health and the environment.

Many municipal sewage plants are not prepared to treat / eliminate certain polluting substances from wastewater from industrial activities. Envirotecnics offers treatment technologies for different types of polluting substances such as hydrocarbons, organochlorines or heavy metals.

Sanitary wastewater

Sanitary wastewater has to be treated properly before being discharged into the public watercourse, as it has high concentrations of nutrients (carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus) that cause the eutrophication of natural aquifers. In addition, these waters contain high loads of pathogens (virus bacteria, etc.) that present a risk to public health if they are not treated properly. On the other hand, purified and regenerated sanitary waters present a valuable water resource, especially in arid climates or those with water stress, as is the case in much of the Iberian Peninsula. Envirotecnics offers modern, efficient and compact treatments for the treatment and regeneration of wastewater that allow discharge and / or reuse within the framework of applicable Spanish legislation.
