The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, except in the event of an error or defect attributable to the company.
3. Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted for custom-made, personalized or altered products once delivered.
4. Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and verified, the corresponding amount — including standard shipping costs — will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
