Pumping system design for ISCO

Sodium persulphate (an oxidising agent) was injected into the aquifer area to be analysed and the dissolved water – oxidising agent mixture was recirculated. The effect of the treatment on the removal of lindane present was evaluated.

The procedure was carried out for the Dept. of Agriculture, Livestock and Environment of the Government of Aragon and is a part of the DISCOVERED-Life Project.

Envirotecnics fully manufactured and installed the pilot treatment unit.
