Return and Exchange Policy
These conditions are governed by Spanish law
1. Scope
These conditions regulate purchases made through our website.
Transactions made by companies, freelancers, or professionals are considered B2B and are excluded from the right of withdrawal provided in consumer regulations.
2. Right of Withdrawal (consumers only)
Individual consumers have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to justify the decision.
The product must be returned in its original state and with intact packaging.
The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except for error or defect attributable to the company.
3. Exceptions
Returns of customized, tailored, or altered products after delivery will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once the merchandise is received and checked, the refund will be processed to cover the corresponding amount, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
5. Returns and Refunds outside the European Union and Andorra
Returns from non-EU countries or Andorra will be subject to prior approval from the company and must be processed in writing.
The buyer will be responsible for:
- transportation costs,
- customs duties and taxes,
- and any costs associated with the re-importation of the product to Spain.
The company will not accept returns with pending charges or those that do not meet the required customs documentation.
The refund will be processed once the product is received at our facilities and its compliance verified, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt.
