The Treinch ATEX 3" Submersible Electric Pumps are designed for the extraction and pumping of water, sludge, and industrial fluids in environments requiring safety against explosive atmospheres. Certified under ATEX standards, these pumps allow safe operation in potentially explosive areas, such as chemical, oil, or industrial facilities.

Their submersible design with a diameter of 3 inches combines robustness, efficiency, and ease of maintenance, allowing the extraction of liquids from wells, tanks, or pits without the need for auxiliary surface equipment. Made from corrosion and wear-resistant materials, they ensure prolonged performance even under demanding conditions and with fluids containing suspended solids.

These pumps are widely used in industry, mining, water treatment, and environmental remediation, offering safety, reliability, and energy efficiency, meeting international standards for operation in explosive atmospheres.

  • Multi-stage centrifugal electric submersible pumps for wells from 3" (76mm) onwards, characterized by a floating impeller system that allows the pumping of leachates, contaminated water, and liquids with small solid bodies.
  • External pump casing, supply port, suction port, shaft, and other components made of stainless steel.
  • Impellers and diffusers in special technopolymer with ceramic inserts at the wear point.
  • Stainless steel check valve is installed within the delivery head.
  • Pumped liquid temperature: max. +40 ° C.
  • Available in AISI 316 version for pumping waters with hydrocarbons.
  • 2-pole asynchronous motor, 50 Hz, 2850 rpm.
  • Class F insulation.
  • IP68 protection.
  • Working voltage: single-phase 230 V, three-phase 400 V.

This type of ATEX pumps complies with the 2014/34/EU Directive compliance, they can be installed in potentially explosive atmospheres according to the marking explained in the technical details.

Envirotecnics offers on-site installation technical assistance.

  • Industrial and chemical plants: safe handling of liquids in explosive areas
  • Mining and extraction: pumping of wastewater, sludge, and fluids with solids
  • Water treatment and environmental remediation: extraction and transfer of effluents
  • Reservoirs, pits, and submerged wells
  • Industrial processes requiring ATEX certification and operational safety

The Treinch ATEX 3" Electric Submersible Pumps operate submerged in the liquid to be pumped. Their electric motor, designed for ATEX zones, drives the fluid to the surface through a robust impeller that handles suspended solids and corrosive or abrasive liquids.

The submersible design eliminates the need for auxiliary pumping systems, ensuring a continuous and stable flow. The pump is built to withstand the most demanding conditions, combining safety, efficiency, and reliability in industrial or environmental settings with explosion risk.
