- The oleophilic belt is designed to operate in extreme conditions and withstands temperatures up to 100ºC (A.I.)
- The water pH can be from 6 to 10. The Abanaki PetroXtractor comes with a head pulley guard, adjustable wiper brush set, foam belt, rear pulley, fractional hp, 110 VAC, 60 Hz gear motor, and assembly/maintenance instructions. The equipment motor is fractional hp TEFC, 115VAC, single-phase, 60 Hz gear motor, which includes a 245 cm cord with electrical plug.

The oleophilic tape is composed of a flexible polymer that allows it great mobility. A counterweight is located at the lower end of the belt to tighten it, this depends on the length of the belt and the viscosity of the product. Thanks to an additional motor and a pulley system, the belt will be in continuous rotation, recovering the hydrocarbon through a selective methodology. The customer will define the width and depth of the belt, which will depend on the required flow rates, the diameter of the piezometer and the viscosity of the product.
