The 0.45 µm 28 mm Ø Disposable Disc Filter – 6 cm² is a high-precision filtration element designed for the retention of fine particles and microorganisms present in liquids. Its 0.45-micron membrane ensures reliable and reproducible filtration, making it especially suitable for laboratory applications, microbiological analysis, and quality control.

Thanks to its compact format of 28 mm diameter and 6 cm² effective surface area, this filter is ideal for filtering small sample volumes, allowing for quick, safe use without the need for post-cleaning. Its disposable design reduces the risk of cross-contamination, ensuring precise results in every analysis.

This filter is widely used in environmental, pharmaceutical, chemical, and research laboratories, offering efficiency, convenience, and reliability in liquid filtration processes.

Non-sterile Minisart® High Flow syringe filters are supplied in bulk packs. This reduces waste and makes the handling easier whenever the application allows the removal of particles or cells under non-sterile conditions. The housing is made of the acrylic resin MBS (Methacrylate butadiene styrene) which has a limited compatibility with alcohols but is free of phthalates and passes the plastic class VI test. It is glueable, e.g. to tubing, what enables assembly and sterilization by the user.

The low binding membrane is tightly connected with the housing which allows bidirectional use. Due to the slightly asymmetric membrane structure, the PES surface almost behaves like a pre-filter and enables highest flow rates. Bulk packs for less waste PVC-free Glueable, e.g. to tubing Bidirectional use possible Slightly asymmetric PES with superior flow rate.
