Terms of Purchase and Returns Policy
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
1. Scope of Application
These conditions regulate purchases made through our website.
Transactions carried out by companies, self-employed individuals, or professionals are considered B2B operations and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal provided for consumers under current legislation.
2. Right of Withdrawal (for consumers only)
Private consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to justify their decision.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer, except in cases of error or defect attributable to the company.
3. Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted for custom-made, personalized, or altered products once delivered.
4. Refunds
Once the goods have been received and inspected, the refund of the corresponding amount—including standard shipping costs—will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
5. Returns and Refunds Outside the European Union and Andorra
Returns from non-EU countries or Andorra are subject to prior approval by the company and must be requested in writing.
The buyer shall be responsible for:
- shipping costs,
- customs duties and taxes, and
- any other costs associated with re-importing the product into Spain.
The company will not accept returns with outstanding charges or without the required customs documentation.
Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and verified at our facilities, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt.
